During a televisit, our providers can:
- Evaluate symptoms or follow up on a recent visit
- Review and explain test results

Natalee Covitz, PA-C
Dr. Wayne Evancho is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician with over three decades of experience providing comprehensive, compassionate care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987, completed his internship at Humana Hospital of South Broward in 1988, and finished his residency in Family Practice at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Evancho is known for his dedication to continuity of care, serving patients in the office, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and skilled rehabilitation centers throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. His approach is rooted in accessibility, respect, and a lifelong commitment to the health and well-being of every patient.

Natalee Covitz, PA-C
Natalee Covitz is an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant who has been with Dr. Wayne Evancho’s practice since 2007. A proud South Florida native, Natalee grew up in Hollywood and completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, earning a degree in Biology with a Pre-Medical focus. She went on to receive her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University, graduating from the Physician Assistant program in 2007.
Natalee’s passion lies in geriatrics, preventive care, and building long-term relationships with her patients. She is known for her compassionate approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to improving the health and quality of life of those she serves.

Svetlana Polyak, ARNP
Svetlana Polyak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who has been part of Dr. Wayne Evancho’s team since 2016. Born in Russia and raised in South Florida, Svetlana has always had a strong passion for healthcare and helping others—a passion she has transformed into a successful career as both a Registered Nurse and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU), a Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University in Chicago, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Practice from the University of Massachusetts. Svetlana is fluent in Russian and Spanish, and is known for her compassion, clinical expertise, and dedication to improving the health and well-being of her patients.
Judith Bruno, ARNP

Judith Bruno is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who earned her degree from Purdue Global University in West Lafayette, Illinois. She is fluent in English and Haitian Creole, providing compassionate and culturally competent care to her patients. Judith is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (2022–Present) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (2023–Present). She joined Dr. Wayne Evancho’s team in 2024, bringing a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Carline Brownlee, ARNP
Carline Brownlee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who earned her degree with a specialization in family practice from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, offering inclusive and culturally sensitive care. A member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2018, Carline has been a valued member of Dr. Wayne Evancho’s team since 2022, providing high-quality, compassionate primary care to patients across all settings.
Vanessa Arias, ARNP
Vanessa Arias is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since 2020. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Nova Southeastern University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. As a certified Spanish interpreter, Vanessa is passionate about providing clear, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care. She joined Dr. Wayne Evancho’s team in 2024 and has been a valued provider with Healthstone Primary Care Partners since 2021.
